Let me first start out by saying it will seem great and like a dream when you first start. Everyone seems friendly and eager to work as a team. But let this be a warning to you despite what the few positive reviews say... The management only cares about themselves and make quick, uneducated decisions. They have more meetings and closed door conversations than a small company should ever need. Smoke breaks are more common than meetings though.

It just seemed like there was more drama made out of small things as if you’re working with a bunch of high school teens. They try to justify everyone that quits or gets “fired” stating that they weren’t doing their job. The other, MUCH larger percentage of the turnover rate were cases of lack of training, coaching, aiding, and just needing to pin something on someone. They hire new folks, give them a desk, and basically leave them to learn the company, softwares, rules, and unestablished procedures on their own.
The culture here is terrible, along with management, and most of the employees. It looks amazing from the outside, but on the inside, is stress, drama, so much drama, kind of like being in high school. This was probably the most stressful job I had ever had.
